About Qatfa

What is Qatfa?

Qatfa is a weekly harvest box service delivering hand-picked, seasonal Lebanese fruits and vegetables directly from local farms to your door within 48 hours of harvest.

We don’t sell groceries. We help you reserve a share of the harvest.

What does “Qatfa” mean?

Qatfa (قطفة) means “the pick”, the moment produce is selected by hand, at the right time.

It reflects how we work: human selection, not mass processing.

About the Boxes

What comes in the boxes?

Each box contains a curated mix of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

There is no fixed list, your box changes every week based on what is freshest and at its best in that season.

Why does the content change every week?

Because we follow nature’s rhythm, not supermarket inventories.

How much food is in each box?
  • 2-Person Weekly Box: ~8 KG
  • Family Weekly Box: ~15 KG
  • Grand Family Weekly Box: ~22 KG

Weights are approximate and may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

Who are the boxes best for?
  • 2-Person Box: Couples or small households
  • Family Box: Standard families who cook regularly
  • Grand Family Box: Large households, daily cooking, shared tables

Delivery & Timing

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Beirut and surrounding suburbs, within a 15 KM radius.

If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, feel free to contact us before subscribing.

On which days do you deliver?

Deliveries take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

The exact delivery day and time are confirmed directly with you via phone and/or email ahead of delivery.

How fresh is the produce?

Your produce is sourced directly from Lebanese farmers, picked specifically for that week, and delivered within 48 hours of harvest.

No long storage. No warehouses.

Subscriptions, Pauses & Changes

Is this a subscription?

Yes. All Qatfa boxes are subscriptions with weekly delivery. Once you register we will continue to offer you the same package size every week until you upgrade, change or cancel.

This helps us plan harvests properly, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality.

Can I pause or cancel my delivery?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your delivery as long as you notify us at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled delivery.

What happens if I cancel late or I’m not available at delivery?

If we are not informed at least 3 days in advance, the box will still be delivered to your address.

If you’re not available to receive it:

  • We will leave the package at the location
  • Payment can be collected the following week

This allows us to avoid food waste and respect the farmers’ work.

Can I change my box size later?

Absolutely. You can switch between box sizes depending on your household’s needs.

Payment & Pricing

How do I pay?

Payment is currently Cash on Delivery (COD) or via Whish.

Please make sure the amount is ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. Delivery is included in the weekly box price as shown on the checkout.

Why is Qatfa priced this way?

Our pricing reflects fair payment to farmers, fresh seasonal sourcing, low-waste operations, and direct farm-to-home delivery.

It’s not cheap food, it’s honest food.

Quality, Issues & Satisfaction

Is the produce organic?

No. But we focus on premium standard, carefully selected for quality and freshness.

We prioritize trust and transparency over labels.

What if something arrives damaged or unsatisfactory?

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If something isn’t right, contact us and we will do our best to make you happy, whether that means replacing the item or box, offering a refund, or finding the most appropriate solution for your case.

We handle issues case by case, with fairness and care.

Other Questions

Can I choose specific items in my box?

At this stage, boxes are curated and not customizable.

This allows us to maintain freshness, respect seasonality, and keep operations efficient.

Will you offer more products in the future?

Yes, more harvest options and additions are planned. Including authentic honey, dried seasonal herbs, mouneh and other Lebanese heritage items.

For now, we’re focused on doing a few things exceptionally well.
